Skills and Technique
The focus of these classes is to develop the essential technical elements needed to hit shots more efficiently and effectively.
Players will engage in drills, rallying, and point play at a level and pace that prevents them from becoming overwhelmed by court movement and ball tracking. This approach allows for greater focus on building sound technique. With repetition and gradual progression in difficulty, new concepts will be steadily introduced into regular match play.

Continuing Tennis
* We are currently gauging interest in our Continuing Tennis classes for adults. If you’re interested, please let us know on the sign-up page and include the times that would work best for you. Once we have a better sense of demand, we will schedule the classes. In the meantime, STS is offering private group sessions that we may be able to place you into.
Match Play and Strategy
The focus of these classes is to learn effective strategies for winning matches and to practice applying them in real-game situations.
Sessions will alternate between drills, rallying, match play scenarios, and full match play. In addition to strategy, players will work on movement and ball perception—both essential skills for success in competitive play.
