Rain Cancellation
If the courts are too wet, they become slippery and unsafe to play on. In such cases, lessons will be cancelled.

Smoke Cancellation
Lessons will not be cancelled in mildly smoky conditions. However, if you or your player feels unsafe, has a medical condition, or has other concerns, you are welcome to attend a make-up class during another available time slot within your program category.

If the air quality becomes severely poor, lessons will be cancelled.

Cancellations & Make-Up Policy
If your lesson is cancelled and you purchased a lesson package, you may either:
– Attend a make-up class at another available time in your program category
– Or request a $12.50 refund for the missed class

Important:
On rainy or smoky days, check the email you used during sign-up for cancellation updates. We aim to notify you at least one hour before the scheduled lesson. However, please understand that sometimes weather changes rapidly, and cancellations may occur with little or no notice if rain begins close to or during the lesson time.
